Iterate UX

To get closer to the design community in Canada, I have been volunteering with IterateUX since 2024 as the Partnership and Program Lead. In this role, I co-hosted two design challenges, sourcing business partners who could provide real-world project experience to junior designers. I also took an active role as a speaker, sharing insights with the participating UX designers.

Beyond event planning, I hosted sharing sessions and continued to serve as a speaker, helping connect businesses with the design community and creating opportunities for meaningful exchange and collaboration.

In addition, I refined the UX services and program model, transforming “UX as a Service” into a sustainable business model. This involved designing a balanced framework that addressed the needs of designers, mentors, and businesses, and performing detailed calculations to ensure fairness and long-term value for all stakeholders.
